Mary Leprohon | Taylor Quan

Mary Leprohon joined Macklowe Properties in February 1982. Her current responsibilities include treasury functions, budget preparation, financial reporting, loan monitoring, tax compliance, risk management, construction accounting and supervision of payables and receivables, in addition to various special projects.

Prior to joining Macklowe Properties Mary held a senior position in a public accounting firm in the UK. Her main client was a major Savings Bank, with emphasis on the systems side in addition to branch audits and auditing of the consolidated financial statements of the bank as a whole. Upon joining Macklowe Properties her experience shifted to Real Estate accounting and management and she was instrumental in a number of systems conversions as the company’s reporting requirements changed over the years.

Ms. Leprohon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (cum laude) from Hunter College of the City University of New York, in addition to passing all ACA designation examinations within the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
