Taylor Quan
Taylor Quan is Vice President in Macklowe’s Acquisitions & Capital
Markets group. Her responsibilities include identifying, underwriting
and due diligence for new acquisitions. Additionally, Ms. Quan is
involved in sourcing and negotiating debt and equity transactions.
Prior to joining Macklowe Properties, Ms. Quan worked in the Acquisitions group at Monday Properties; a New York-based real estate firm that owns and operates office assets in Manhattan and the Washington metropolitan area. Ms. Quan also worked as a Portfolio and Asset Management Analyst for Prudential Real Estate Investor’s PRISA fund; a $12 billion core real estate fund investing in a wide range of asset types across the U.S.
Ms. Quan graduated from Cornell University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration with a Minor in Real Estate and Finance.
