Centennial condo conversion 150 East 72nd Street is over 50 percent sold

150 East 72nd Street, the stately Macklowe Properties conversion in the Upper East Side, is over 50 percent sold.

The 100-year-old building, redesigned by Handel Architects and Moed de Armas & Shannon, is nearing completion; occupancy is slated for this summer. The building offers three- to four-bedroom residences, many with wood-burning fireplaces, libraries and staff rooms, because of course.
