Mary Leprohon | Paul DiCarlo | Taylor Quan

Paul DiCarlo joined Macklowe Properties in January 2014 as Vice President of Capital Markets & Acquisitions. His responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating legal agreements and participating in the development and leasing activities of Macklowe Properties’ residential, retail and office portfolio.

Before joining Macklowe Properties, Mr. DiCarlo worked in the Acquisitions group at Rockrose Development Corp., a New York-based real estate company that owns, develops and manages a multi- billion dollar portfolio of assets in New York and Washington DC. There he participated in ten successful transactions totaling 2.5 million square feet and over $1 billion in capital.

Mr. DiCarlo earned his MBA degree from Columbia Business School and his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Massachusetts.
