1330 Avenue of the Americas, located between 43rd and 44th Streets, is a 40 story Class A office building in the Rockefeller Center sub-market. Macklowe Properties initiated extensive, building-wide $30 million renovation that included a new façade, redesigned plaza, lobby and elevators cabs.
