Lilla J. Smith | Joseph Bosco

Joseph Bosco joined McGraw Hudson Construction Corp. in 2015 as a Project Manager and is currently overseeing the 1 Wall Street development.

With over 11 years of professional experience in real estate operations and project management, Mr. Bosco works on all phases of real estate development from design development to pre-construction, purchasing, construction management, quality assurance, project close out and occupancy.

Prior to joining Macklowe Properties, Mr. Bosco was as a regional facilities manager for CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm. Additionally, Mr. Bosco has real estate operations and project management experience working at BNY Mellon for over a decade.

Mr. Bosco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Hofstra University and a Real Property Administrator Designation from BOMI International.
