Robin Cass Kelly

Robin Cass Kelly is Macklowe’s General Counsel. Ms. Kelly started at Macklowe in 1994 as a staff attorney. As General Counsel since 2012, her responsibilities include providing legal advice and guidance to the various Macklowe entities, officers and employees, concerning a myriad of issues including contracts, employment, litigation, landlord and tenant, condominiums, cooperative corporations, compliance, construction, leasing and supervising outside counsel.

Previously, Ms. Kelly was Assistant General Counsel to Manhattan Skyline/The Zucker Organization. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kelly was an associate with Carb, Luria, Glassner, Cook & Kufeld where she represented The Metropolitan Life Insurance Company with regard to its ownership of Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village.

Ms. Kelly obtained her Juris Doctor from New York University. She received her Bachelor of Science from The University of Connecticut, Magna Cum Laude, and was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Ms. Kelly is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut.
